Cancellation Policy
For cancellation, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. If appointment is canceled within 48 hours, the ability to reschedule using your deposit will be available. Arriving 10-15 mins late for your appointment will result to a $10 late fee added to your remaining balance. Arriving after 15 mins for your appointment will default to cancellation. If possible, late arrivals may be serviced depending on schedule.
